I met Danny on September of 2002. He joined our support group after his father died. Other teens were in the group because we all had lost someone close to us. When he sat down in our first meeting I noticed that he was very friendly and talkative which was very strange considering most kids were quiet when joining the group. It was then did I come to realize that Danny was different. On that first day he was more supportive that the group leader. He made everyone in the group laugh because he would tell stories about his father. It was the first time I had ever seen a support group laugh. I have always hated that support group but it was only till Danny joined the class did I actually start liking that group. Because he joined, I was able to recover from my loss. Till this day I have not recovered from losing Danny. He was a great friend and I will always miss his crazy ass.
